Clients are responsible for ensuring access to the property at the scheduled time. Delays may result in reduced service time or rescheduling.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes. Last-minute cancellations may be subject to a fee.

Pricing
All services are priced based on the size, condition, and specific needs of the property. Add-on services such as laundry, window cleaning, baseboards, and pet hair removal may vary based on size and quantity.

Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will make it right.

Preparation
We recommend that personal items and clutter be minimized to allow our team to focus on detailed cleaning.

Safety & Liability
While we take the utmost care, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage or items not secured properly. We are fully committed to safe and respectful service in every home.
